Nursery is provided during the service for children under age 5. Right after the Children’s Moment during the service, children ages 3-10 are invited downstairs for hands-on learning activities related to the lesson.
Adult and Youth Sunday School starts at 10 a.m., during the school year.

Services at NLUC are informal and enriching. Smells of fresh baked bread waft through the sanctuary on Bread for the World Sunday. Vibrant banners are a feast for the eyes throughout the year, especially Pentacost Sunday. The camel procession is a Christmas tradition that is treasured by shepherds, angels, and wise ones of all ages.
Taize service during advent is a time to be uplifted in calming music, candles, and prayer.
If you enjoy singing, the Chancel choir welcomes all voices. The group meets Wednesday evenings at 5:30 for equal portions of singing and spirited fellowship.
The Tlingit Gospel Singers enjoys fellowship and learning favorite Gospel songs together, translated into Tlingit. The group meets an hour before the service to learn and review songs accompanied by guitar, and shares music about once a month depending on schedules of singers.
