Saturday, October 15 through Saturday, October 29, 2022: Submit all items to be included in catalog.
Tuesday, November 1, 2022 6:59 am: The Auction Catalog is available online to purchase or bid on items.
Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 2:59 pm: The Auction will close for all items.
Friday, November 18, 2022 from 9 am – 5 pm: Donors drop off all sold items to Northern Light United Church. CCW volunteers organize donated items.
Saturday November 19, 2022 before 9 am: Fresh baked items can be dropped off at the church.
Saturday November 19, 2022 from 9 am – 2 pm: Buyers pick up items from Ḵunéix̱ Hídi Northern Light United Church.

Please wear a mask! We will bring items to your car. Due to Covid restrictions, Bazaar volunteers will be the only ones in the church.
Hosted by Community of Christian Women of Ḵunéix̱ Hídi Northern Light United Church. We won’t have a traditional lunch, but you can take home a quart of homemade soup, a loaf of bread, and a whole pie or other baked goods. A variety of items are sold online to raise money for mission work.
Donations made to organizations from the proceeds of the 2021 Auction
CCW met on January 15, 2022, and decided to provide funds to the following organizations:
- United Methodist Women, $2,000
- Presbyterian Women, $2,000
- Eagle River United Methodist Camp, $6,000
- Alaska Child & Family, $1,500
- Glory Hall, $1,500
- NLUC’s Food Security Fund, $2,500
- Days for Girls, an organization which distributes menstrual kits to girls and also educates men, boys, & girls regarding personal health, health education and more, $1,000
- Family Promise, $1,500
- Feed the Hungry, managed by the Douglas Community United Methodist Church, $1,500
- Riverbend School help purchase gym shoes, $500
- TOTAL, $20,000
